Elly K has crafted a follow up mixtape to one of my favourite mixtapes, which incidentally was the first Elly K mix I ever listened to. “A Lover’s Underwater Galaxy” Part 2, continues along the warm, organic disco tip, plunging into deeper grooves. Such a cool string of tunes that I am hearing for the first time – including a sneaky bootleg involving Luke Million’s ‘Arnold’. If you recognize any of these tunes, please, feel free to comment below! This mix almost makes me want throw out all of my music and start collecting disco records exclusively.

Totally only found this remix recently. The only remix of ‘Somebody To Love Me’ I really enjoy. A terrific underground house jam from the UK duo, Rhythm Plate. They don’t appear to have a proper facebook page at the mo, but there is a little bit of info on Wikipedia about them. Amongst some interesting soundcloud remixes of artists including Mark Ronson, Michael Jackson and The Frames, Rhythm Plate have apparently written incidental music for CSI Miami. Well there you go.
